Annual General Meeting 2026

The Bridge NSW Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online on Tuesday 12 May 2026 from 5:00–5:30pm. The AGM will be held online using the following link: AGM 2026 Zoom Meeting

Key Information

  • Each member club may appoint one representative to attend, speak and vote on behalf of the club.
  • The Secretary must be advised of your nominated representative at least 48 hours prior to the meeting via the Club Representative Nomination Form (email to secretary@bridgensw.com.au).
  • Member clubs wishing to submit a resolution for inclusion on the AGM agenda must contact the Secretary at least one week prior to the meeting.

Please note:

        • The quorum for a general meeting is five member clubs.
        • No resolutions may be moved from the floor; however, Board Directors will be in attendance and can answer questions.
        • If the Board Chair is unavailable, another Director will chair the meeting.
        • There are no elections at this AGM unless a special resolution is requested by member clubs.

Council Election

Nominations for the Bridge NSW Council have been received from Phil Glover (Wagga Wagga Bridge Club), Chris Hamam (Randwick Bridge Club) and Terry Simmons (Easts Bridge Club).

No election has been held because there are as many available positions as nominations, so those nominating will be proposed for appointment to the Council at the Annual General Meeting.
