Details of chaperone

The chaperone is an adult (18 years or over) who is responsible for the underage representative's safety for the duration of the event, including all related travel. As such, chaperones must be physically present for the event's duration. Additional responsibilities will need to be discussed and agreed between the chaperone and the representative's parent or guardian. (Note that the chaperone and parent / guardian may be the same person.)
