Step up for State Swiss Pairs

August 28, 2025

Think you’ve got what it takes to mix it with the best? The State Swiss Pairs Championship is back. Open to all bridge players in NSW, it’s your chance to pit yourself and a partner against the best.

Evenings online from 9 September

This year it’s an evening competition held online with RealBridge across three Tuesday nights: 9, 16 and 23 September. Matches kick off at 7:00pm.

It’s bridge at its best without the travel. Just grab a cuppa, log in, and you’re in the running for a state title.

Who should play?

You don’t have to be a grand master to join in. This is about testing yourself and your game, learning from your peers, and enjoying the thrill of state-level competition.

A top-three finish is a big deal (and definitely brag-worthy), but every player comes away with a boost of confidence and a story to tell.

Easy and accessible

Because it’s online, you can play from anywhere – whether you’re in Sydney, the regions, or kicking back on the coast.

No travel costs and logistics hassles. Just competitive bridge – a great way to feel part of the wider NSW bridge community.

Enter now!

Rally your partner, clear those Tuesday nights, and get ready to take your shot!

Entries close Monday 8 September. Register on MyABF here: https://www.myabf.com.au/events/congress/view/2719

Not a night person?

If daytime play is more your speed, the Daytime Swiss Pairs Championship is coming in November.

It is another great chance to take part in state-level bridge.
