Free MyABF webinar – 24 Sep

September 15, 2025

If your club has members who aren’t yet on MyABF or who don’t know how to use MyABF, this FREE webinar is for them.

On Wednesday 24 September at 6:00pm (AEST), Bridge NSW and ABF will run a step-by-step online session covering how to create a MyABF account and how to register for events.

Open to clubs nationally, the session is perfect for anyone who supports players, such as players, teachers, directors, congress convenors and club administrators.

Why the webinar?

We often hear that people are uncertain about how to sign-up to MyABF and how registration works. It’s a hurdle than can slow down entries and create extra work for organisers and players.

This webinar is designed to remove that hurdle so everyone feels confident getting started and entering events.

What you’ll learn:

  • Create your MyABF account: the sign-up steps and what to have ready
  • Confirming your details: ABF number and profile basics
  • Find events: search and filter by level, date and location
  • Register for events: complete an entry (Pairs/Teams), add teammates/partners, and submit
  • Manage entries: check your entry status and where to find event information
  • Tips for helping others: quick ways clubs can assist members to get on board
  • Q&A: troubleshoot common roadblocks

The focus is practical and hands-on. You’ll see the process on screen and receive simple steps you can follow and share back at your club.

When and how to join

Who should attend

  • Players who want to sign up to MyABF
  • Club convenors and directors who assist with entries
  • Teachers introducing newcomers to congress play
  • Relatively new players who want to enter more events with confidence
  • Club administrators looking to streamline communications and support members

We look forward to welcoming you, and to helping clubs everywhere get more out of Australia’s national bridge platform.
